DCCCD Foundation, Inc. | Who is eligible for Rising Star?

To be eligible, student must:

Be a graduating senior or have recently graduated from one of the Dallas County Public High Schools and/or Dallas CAN Academy.
Graduate in the top 40% of their high school class, OR with a "B" average OR pass the required Dallas County Community College District assessment test to enter any of the DCCCD colleges.
