Shad Rasco, a native of Roby, Texas, has worked in the development/alumni relations field of higher education for the past 17 years. A graduate of Tarleton State University he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1992. Shad comes to the DCCCD from The University of Texas at Arlington, where he worked with the Alumni Association.

Before moving to the Dallas-Fort Worth area, he started his career in higher education working for Tarleton State University and McMurry University in Institutional Advancement and Development.

Shad joined the Foundation as Database Manager in 2003. He is responsible for the accounting and fund-raising database, along with donor tracking and gift entry for the district.
