Arlisha Hunter-July has lived in Dallas since 1983. She began her employment with DCCCD in February 1999. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, Ark.

She has many years of experience in the public and private sectors. This experience includes the fields of accounting, compliance, computer software and customer service. As DCCCD coordinator, Arlisha is responsible for districtwide grants management and compliance administration of approximately $19 million dollars in federal, state and local grant funds.
