Whether you're a new, aspiring or seasoned supervisor or manager, DCCCD Management courses can meet your career and professional goals. Our programs can help you develop real-world skills by providing you with the latest specialized tools, techniques, and theories in process management, team building, group decision-making, communications and human relations. Courses in Management are offered at all seven DCCCD colleges.

Since most of our students are working professionals, we know that you need to maximize your education to make every minute count. Choose from traditional on-campus classes or online classes that you can attend at your convenience — from home, from work or while traveling.

Our on-the-job cooperative education component allows working students the opportunity to improve management skills while earning up to 12 college credit hours. Mentoring programs provide guidance and feedback from professors who have years of experience in the business world.
