
As the health care industry continues to grow, work in a medical office offers solid career potential. New credit courses, also available through continuing education, will begin this fall with specific training for those who want to work in a medical office. The courses prepare students to understand the terminology, office procedures, software applications, insurance and coding basics for a medical environment. The program was designed to improve the proficiency of those working in a medical office or prepare those with strong office skills for the medical environment.
