Contrary to the popular believe that only children and adolescents struggle with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, AD/HD can mean financial difficulty for many adults too. Learn the impact that AD/HD can have on personal relationships throughout an individual’s lifetime by attending the seminars sponsored by the local CHADD chapter.

Physical Anthropology / Human Evolution

New! Anthropology 2401, Physical Anthropology/Human Evolution is a transferable four-hour lab science course.

Topics covered include:

  • genetic mechanisms of evolution
  • our relatives in the primate world
  • the human fossil record from Lucy to modern humans
  • varieties of human types
  • evolution of human diet, resistance to disease, and the rise of toolmaking and language
