Creating Rules You can use rules to define actions that you want to be performed on items you receive. For example, you can forward messages or move messages to folders. Rules can help you organize your Mailbox, automate your Mailbox while you are away or delete unwanted items.
To deactivate the rule, unmark the rule's Activate box, and then click the Save button located at the bottom of the window.
To delete a rule, click Delete in the column to the right of the rule you wish to delete.
