Disability Services Accommodation Request Procedure

1. Apply for admission to the college at the Eastfield Admissions office.
 
2. Take either the Accuplacer, THEA, or Quick THEA Test prior to registering for classes. Appropriate documentation will be required in order to receive accommodations for any testing. Information for requesting accommodations for the THEA test is outlined in the THEA Registration Bulletin. Accommodations for the Accuplacer Test or Quick THEA are requested through the Disability Services Office at Eastfield.

3. Contact the Disability Services office for an advisement / registration appointment. A counselor will assist you in choosing classes. Disability Services can help you with registering and setting up any appropriate accommodations for your classes.

Special Accommodations:
If there is a need for assistive technology or a sign language interpreter please allow 2 to 4 weeks for these accommodations to be put in place.
