ACCUPLACER is a computer-based test of your reading, math and writing skills and includes a writing sample. About three hours are required to complete the exam.

There is no cost for the initial testing. DCCCD may require you to pay for retesting services.

ACCUPLACER provides immediate scores and therefore can be taken up to the close of registration. The ACCUPLACER is administered at regularly scheduled times. Contact the Testing Center at your college for specific times.
