If you are a current or future DCCCD student, you may be eligible for one of the approximately 250 scholarships offered through the DCCCD Foundation. Several of the scholarships are awarded to more than just one person. Thus, about 3,500 deserving students receive Foundation scholarships each year!

Our scholarships vary based on academic excellence, financial need, achievement, leadership or a specific program’s requirements. With financial awards available to help you pay for your education, you can concentrate on what’s really important — learning for your future.

You can learn more about our most popular scholarships — the Erin Tierney Kramp Encouragement Award and the R. Jan LeCroy Scholars Program — on this page.

Information about and applications for all DCCCD scholarships can be found on the Foundation website. You can also check out our Featured Scholarships page to find out about scholarships that may be of special interest to you or with upcoming application deadlines.

If you have faced tough times with courage and perseverance, consider applying for this scholarship, which was created in honor of Erin Tierney Kramp, a woman who inspired others through her courageous battle against cancer. If you are chosen for this scholarship, your tuition and books will be covered for up to four semesters, you’ll get mentoring from a Kramp Foundation board member, and you’ll be invited to special events throughout the year. The R. Jan LeCroy Scholars Program

Are you a scholar and a leader? If you’re selected as a LeCroy Scholar, you’ll get more than just scholarship funds; you’ll also benefit from mentoring from former DCCCD Chancellor Dr. R. Jan LeCroy and DCCCD Foundation Board Member Mike A. Myers, as well as special events throughout the year. Financial need is not a requirement for this scholarship. Learn more
