Community College Aerospace Scholars (CAS)
Community College Aerospace Scholars (CAS) is a program funded by the State of Texas and administered by NASA's Johnson Space Center (JSC). Each community college district across Texas will nominate a group of 10 to 20 students interested in the areas of computer science, engineering, mathematics, and science to travel together to NASA-JSC for a two-day experience providing hands-on projects. DCCCD sponsors 16 to 20 DCCCD students to participate in the program.
