Molly Bewley, District Director of Outreach, Recruitment and Community Engagement

Molly is a Dallas native who joined the DCCCD as an intern at Brookhaven College in 1997. She joined the DORCE Force after completing her Master's Degree in Counseling and Student Services at the University of North Texas in July 1998. As the District Director, she is responsible for overall administration, planning and supervision of DORCE initiatives including "Closing the Gaps" initiatives; serves as the chair for NOW (Networking and Outreach Workgroup).
Eva de Gutiérrez, Senior Project Manager

Eva began her career at El Centro College in 1994 and seven years later she joined the DORCE Force at the District Office. She provides assistance to the District Director, is heavily involved in overall planning and logistics of DORCE initiatives, and handles development and administrative roles for the department. She is responsible for the department newsletter, web site and other marketing efforts.

Perla Molina, Director of Outreach and Recruitment

Perla began her career in the District as a part-time employee with the DORCE Force in 1996 while working on her degree. In 2005, she completed her Master's of Science Degree in Marketing Research from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is responsible for development, planning and implementation of outreach efforts specifically designed to attract and recruit potential DCCCD students.

Belinda joined the DORCE Force in July 2000 as a part-time employee in charge of answering/responding to inquiries made to the Spanish telephone hotline. She is now responsible for researching trendy promotional items, developing and implementing various events specifically designed to attract and recruit potential DCCCD students.
David Robinson, Outreach and Recruitment Coordinator

David is a native of Mississippi and joined the DORCE Force in November 2007. He handles outreach to the faith-based community, recruitment of minority males, and engagement of the African-American community.
Mary Norman, Outreach and Recruitment Specialist I

Mary joined the DORCE Force in October 2007. She is in charge of organizing and setting up districtwide booths at events, responding to requests for information, and making presentations. Presently working on her doctoral degree at Texas Tech University in Lubbock.

Esther Canales-Estrada, Translator

Esther was born and raised in Nuevo Laredo, México and joined the DORCE Force in 2001. She provides translations in Spanish districtwide, assists with developing and producing Spanish marketing campaigns, and answers/responds to inquiries made to the Spanish telephone hotline. Presently working on her Master's Degree at the University of North Texas.
