Our mission: The Legal Department of the Dallas County Community College District provides information, guidance and advice to the Board of Trustees, chancellor and district personnel at all district locations. The Legal Department represents the Board of Trustees, but does not advise or represent DCCCD students or employees.
The Legal Staff strives to provide timely and responsible legal advice regarding a myriad of legal issues confronting the district, including litigation, elections, employment practices and compliance with state and federal laws.
