The District Office of Human Resources provides leadership and coordination for human resources planning, policy and implementation, and communication in the Dallas County Community College District. 

Key services include compensation (planning and implementation), retirement issue coordination, benefits administration, employment and recruitment, employee communications, training and employer/employee relations.

Key products include personnel board agenda and follow-up, human resources data and analysis, HR/People Web site, newsletters on a variety of topics, plus policy and procedure information and implementation (Human Resources Operational Guidelines [HROG]).

We are located on the sixth floor of the R. L. Thornton Jr. Building, in downtown Dallas, directly across Elm Street from El Centro College, at the corner of Elm and Market (the start of Dallas' West End).
