| Eligibility: | Full-time and limited full-time professional support staff may not request leave until after 90 days of employment.
Full-time administrators may request leave as accrued.
Faculty are not eligible for vacation.

Employee Responsibility: | All vacation leave requires approval by the employee's supervisor and shall be scheduled for the convenience of the operating unit of employment. The employee must complete an Application for Leave and request approval before the leave is taken. |
