The DCCCD will reimburse the difference in costs between insurance coverage and the actual cost for an annual comprehensive physical exam for each cabinet member.
The cabinet member is responsible for:
- Scheduling of the physical examination with the physician of choice.
- The submission of paperwork, receipts and/or the Explanation of Benefit (EOB) documentation from the insurance provider as per established location reimbursement procedures.
