The Strategic Performance Management System is based on the concept of continuous performance involvement. Beginning with development of the performance plan, the process concludes towards the end of the fiscal year with performance review. It is an annual cyclical process with four interrelated parts. Each part contains a key set of performance-related activities and procesess.
