Employee Security in Colleague
HROG Section:Employment
Document Title:Employee Security in Colleague - The H Code
Initial Date Posted:May 12, 1999
Applies To:All Employees
Source:District Human Resources
Purpose:

All active employees should be coded HD, and the system should default to that code.

If an employee is also a student, then they should request the change in writing, and that document should be placed in the file.

The H code will still be in place for extenuating circumstances, and they should be handled by the HR directors.
