In addition to the vacation and retirement benefits, DCCCD employees are eligible for several other benefits. Find out specifics about each type:

This benefit gives employees a one-time stipend when they complete a degree.
This program offers employees and their dependents 6 sessions with a professional counselor.
Employees at downtown locations recieve a stipend in place of a district-provided parking facility.
Tax shelter annuity is a pre-tax payroll deduction that employees may choose to contribute to.
This program waives employees' tuition at DCCCD colleges.
An employee may purchase U.S. savings bonds through payroll deduction.
Employees are entitled to take a total of 1½ hours of work time each week (during working hours) to participate in wellness activities.
