Cultivating the Culture of DCCCD
The District Department of Organizational Development (OrgDev), is responsible for districtwide training and development for our faculty, staff and administrators. Mission and Vision Statements To ensure our services and programs are aligned with the Board’s goals and objectives for faculty and staff development, we have articulated mission and vision statements for our department. - Our mission is to foster a culture of continuous learning that supports student and employee success.
- Our vision is to provide educational programs that promote exceptional performance, institutional effectiveness, individual career growth and personal development of our faculty, staff, and administrators.
