The DCCCD/WU degree in Business Administration is designed for students seeking a broad program of study in all phases of business practices. This option focuses at the core of management (principles of management, organization behavior, and personnel administration), but also encompasses the critical area of business operations (principles of marketing, accounting, and business law). Under this program the student may begin their course of study at the WU campus and transfer to the DCCCD-BHC campus. After the completion of the following 5 courses with the DCCCD: Principles of Management (BMGT 1303), Introduction to Business (BUSI 1301), Introduction to Speech Communication (Spech 1311), Organizational Behavior (HRPO 2307), and Business Communication (POFT 2312); and all required courses of this articulation agreement, the student will receive an Associate Degree in Business Administration from the DCCCD-BHC. Students must complete a minimum of 64 credit hours to complete this Associate Degree
This contract represents the approved articulation agreement defining the degree program between World University and the Dallas County Community College District/Brookhaven College. This contract becomes effective upon the date of signatures requested below and shall remain in effective until terminated via execution of a written request by either party providing a (2) year notice.
