Evaluate and document the effectiveness of Tech Prep activities.
COMMITTEE: Consortium Evaluation (Eval Com) A body of high school, college, and business partners dedicated to identify true measures of success of all tech prep processes.
Measure A: An evaluation committee will be formed to research, recommend and evaluate activities.
Measure B: Create an evaluation process which will identify schools, colleges, and businesses, which are demonstrating, tech prep activities. |

Eval Committee Co-Chairs: Recruit NCTTPC SC members representing all stakeholders and sectors to accomplish evaluation studies. Provide a list of all volunteers along with contact info to the Regional Office.
Consortium will create a survey for sectors to evaluate their tech prep programs.
Eval Com: Monitor all activities implemented and complete quarterly reports. Provide copies of reports to Director a report with recommendations.
Eval Com: Document results from interviews and self-evaluation survey. Submit report.
Eval. Com: Utilize data to make recommendations for improvement to the tech prep process and program activities.
Director: Submit THECB required documents Submit reports
NCTTPC STAFF: Contact or Present to Superintendents and President and encourage their commitment to expand their involvement in tech prep. |
