Key Programs
Some DORCE key programs include:

Service-Learning ~ A program offered at all seven colleges that impacts the community by allowing students an opportunity to learn by serving in a variety of settings.
Día de la Familia ~ A free event that celebrates DCCCD's Annual Hispanic Family Day and incorporates food, entertainment and educational information sessions for the whole family.  This event has been held at a DCCCD college for over ten years.
RISE (Regional Interfaith Supporting Education) Brunch ~ A program designed to bridge DCCCD with faith-based leaders and their congregations.  Event is held at a DCCCD college.
College STEPS ~ A partnership with Dallas ISD to engage parents and children with higher education opportunities.
 
Motivation Speaker Series ~ A program  that impacts intermediate, middle and high school students with a "Stay in School" message.  It also incorporates Rising Star as a recruitment tool for DCCCD.
Las Llaves del Éxito-The Keys to Success ~ A highly successful program delivering important higher education access information to the community, particularly the Hispanic community; a partnership with Dallas ISD, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, area universities and non-profit organizations.
College Connections ~ A unique program designed to actively engage youth in discovering the programs and services of the DCCCD colleges through a structured scavenger hunt.
"Keepin' It Real" Youth Empowerment Summit ~ A partnership with Teen Graffiti Magazine to provide a one-day program at a DCCCD college along with interactive workshops.
