All you would need to do is call David Chien's extension to be greeted with an upbeat hello followed by your name. He never fails to ask, "How may I help you?"

David will come to your rescue and save you when your fingers, your eyes and a few special other words fail to allow you to complete your project. He has the patience of Job and will let you tell him what you think is going on and then will say, "OK, try this."

David will even go as far as to try and explain to you what caused your dysfunction, followed by an example, even when you say, "I really don’t want to know this. Can you just fix it?" He always smiles and fixes the problem.

David shares his creativity; he is always focused and responds in a timely manner. He is always there to follow up and make our systems work. He is efficient and determined to make everyone's job easier.
