Belinda is a very dependable person. She thinks ahead while doing projects and has had requests ready before I asked. She is observant of what is going on around her with attention to detail in all her work. This trait makes her super prepared for all assignments.

She is flexible in her job and is willing to work on Saturdays or evenings when needed. She is a great team player and willing to step up to the plate when needed.

Recently, we had a major event called "Llaves del Exito" at SMU. Preparing for this event, which hosted more than 1,000 guests, Belinda put in many hours and was extremely detailed in making table tops, certificates and agendas. The event was a success, and few knew how much work she put into it. This is not the first time she was unrecognized for her hard work. She is an unsung hero, working behind the scenes and putting so much effort into events. Sometimes the special touch that Belinda adds to make these events very successful and memorable for our guests goes unrecognized.
