Manchester has demonstrated these qualities since the first day on the job. She was responsible for drafting transcript evaluation procedures for DCCC. She was able to creatively squeeze six people into a work space designed for three. In a very challenging work environment, she continues to garner respect from her employees, colleagues and supervisors.

Excellence, Effectiveness and Innovation
The Transcript Evaluation Center did not exist until Manchester was hired. She is extremely hard working and serves as an excellent role model for her employees and colleagues. The effectiveness of her area’s work has surpassed our expectations. The TEC evaluates an average of 3,500 transcripts a month and clears at least that number of prerequisites. She is responsive to requests, objective in her decision making and extremely patient.

As her supervisor, I can always depend on Manchester to keep her area going and meet any special requests or challenges that arise. She establishes goals for herself and her team, and they continue to surpass those goals. She is constantly thinking of new ways to approach a problem. She presents change to her team without being threatening.

Manchester treats everyone the same. She is ethical and works very hard to be fair, thoughtful and loyal. She will do her best to correct a problem, yet she is very discreet. She does her part on committees and team activities.
