I have observed Doncella Milton exhibiting many of the characteristics listed but have decided to focus on her creativity, innovation and excellence. Doncella works in many roles including volunteer, assistant and leader.

Doncella focuses on creativity in her work with young girls in the community, with the African-American Read-in and as a volunteer on the PSS Conference Day Talent/Fashion Show Committee.

Doncella was very innovative when setting up the program for the talent/fashion show, the way she got material out to volunteers for the African-American Read-in and the special style she uses when leading young ladies in community activities.

She strives for and insists on excellence when preparing Read-in activities. This is evident in her leadership ability and the superb job that was done with the PSS Conference Day Talent/Fashion Show.

The way Doncella exhibits creativity, innovation and excellence is felt throughout DCCC, the community and among state and national organizations that she deals with on a regular basis.
