He was a true hero when the time came for us to unpack and reorganize our office after the new carpet and painting took place. He never said no to any of our requests even though he was needed elsewhere.
He exhibits more than three of the characteristics required for "Hero of the Month" nomination. He has a cooperative and a competitive spirit - did you know he participates in challenging races for just causes, too?! And with this comes responsible risk - taking it because it shows that he's very committed to his job. He is always willing to assist in any way that he can, and he provides excellent service to us every time we call on him.
He's definitely a person who wants to make the business world a better place.
He also exhibits a sense of pride in what he does and stays on top of things, a true self-starter. And of course he shows mental toughness - doing whatever it takes to accomplish his assignments/projects, and yet he sees himself as "just doing his job." He is an excellent 701 employee who should receive this award one day soon!
