Shad Rasco, a native of Roby, Texas, has worked in higher education for more than 13 years in the areas of development and alumni relations. A graduate of Tarleton State University, he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1992.

Shad started his career in higher education working for Tarleton State University and McMurry University in institutional advancement and development. He then moved to the Metroplex and began working for the alumni association at University of Texas at Arlington on membership and alumni programs. Shad joined the DCCCD Foundation as database manager and is responsible for the accounting and fundraising database software, along with donor tracking and gift entry for the district.
