Carrie joined the DCCCD Foundation/Development staff in June 2008. As coordinator of development, she is primarily responsible for planning, developing, budgeting and monitoring a wide variety of private and public gifts for the District Development Office and Foundation.

Carrie has worked in development for a variety of nonprofit organizations for most of her professional career. Prior to joining the Foundation/Development staff, she served as general manager for Las Colinas Symphony Orchestra/Symphony Arlington. Carrie’s previous employment includes the Choral Arts Society of Washington in Washington, D.C., and Community Partners of Dallas. She earned both her master’s degree in music history and literature and her bachelor’s degree in voice performance at Baylor University.
