Rhonda Jackson should be the POPE of the month because she is a phenomenal employee. As her supervisor, I know she does superior work. As a person, she exemplifies all of the POPE criteria. She is always positive, looks out for her co-workers, is considerate of others, brings joy to the office and is always pleasant.
