Instructions for Purchasing Event Coverage

TULIP: Tenants’ and Users’ Liability Insurance Policy

  1. To purchase events coverage insurance visit this Web site:   http://urmia.bene-marc.com/
  2. First time applicants must register on the site. 
  3. After registration, the applicant will return to the welcome/login screen.  At this screen input the e-mail address and password, created during registration.  This is not a Pass Code.  Read this and all forms closely then check the “Agree to Terms” box.
  4. On the next screen enter the Pass Code for the facility where the event will be held.  Click on Pass Codes for a list of user access codes by campus.
  5. From here follow the screen prompts and fill out the application detailing the nature and scope of the event to be insured.
  6. Please input the college representative’s e-mail address during the process to guarantee a copy of the certificate of insurance will be forwarded to them.
  7. The applicant must pay for the insurance online by credit card.
  8. Once the insurance has been written the applicant, the college representative and risk management will receive a copy of the certificate of insurance via e-mail.
