Book Processing, Contract Book Binding, Non-Print Cataloging - ERSS Division 105530 costs will be allocated to each college on the basis of the relationship of an individual college's actual expenditures for materials and book binding for the prior year and the total of all colleges' expenditures for same which represents the college's percentage of workload and is charged to 23121-X600010. Workload percentages are generated based on a college’s prior fiscal year’s materials expenditures plus non-print cataloging and bindery activity. This division now includes the old divisions 105535 and 105536 effective FY 04/05. The direct charges for the actual book binding continue to be the responsibility of the campus and should be budgeted in account 22321 (Other Contracted Services).
Library Information System - ERSS Division 105550 costs will be allocated to each college on the basis of the relationship between an individual college's contact hours and the total of all colleges' contact hours and is charged to account 23123-X600010.
