- Voice and data moves/adds/changes/repairs
- Long distance; issuance of authorization codes and travel calling cards
- Site survey for wireless applications
- Configuration, installation, and support of district-wide wireless equipment
- Cabling specifications for new and remodeled buildings
- Chargeback responsibility for voice services, and applicable data equipment
