State of Texas Historically Underutilized Business List (HUB)
Through the State's Centralized Masters Bidders List (CMBL), queries may be made to identify minority and women-owned businesses (historically underutilized businesses - HUBs) that have been certified by the State of Texas. The CMBL is the vendor database utilized by State agencies and universities for their products/services needs and also included are non-HUB businesses. |
