The Dallas County Community College bookstores are operated through a contractual arrangement with Follett Higher Education Group. 

Follett is responsible for making available to students textbooks and other educational materials.  In addition, Follett provides a used book program that includes the buyback of textbooks and places emphasis on the acquisition of as many used books as possible.
