20.3.1

A Certificates of insurance to verify the District's coverage may be obtained through District Risk Management.

The name, address, and contact person of the entity requiring verification/proof of insurance must be provided to District Risk Management no less than seven business days before the certificate is needed (three business days if a faxed certificate is acceptable). District Risk Management will provide the information to the appropriate insurance agent/carrier for issuance of the certificate direct to the entity requiring the certificate.
