Communications provides district-wide support for voice and data services.  Our services include:

  • Administration and support of the district-wide telephone system, voicemail system, call processing system, and call accounting system
  • Maintenance and responsibility of the district-wide cable plant, both copper and fiber
  • Configuration, installation, and maintenance of district-wide switches, hubs, routers
  • Voice and data moves/adds/changes/repairs
  • Long distance; issuance of authorization codes and travel calling cards
  • Site survey for wireless applications
  • Configuration, installation, and support of district-wide wireless equipment
  • Cabling specifications for new and remodeled buildings
  • Chargeback responsibility for voice services, and applicable data equipment
  • Recommendation and specification for new network equipment according to District standards

Get intructions and user guides for telephone and voicemail including how to log on, zero out and set up distribution lists (intranet log in required.)
