Purpose
The District Information Technology Strategic Planning Committee (DITSPC) is comprised of representatives from key district councils, primary stakeholder groups, and technology leadership at both district and campus levels. The committee meets quarterly to develop strategic recommendations regarding the application of information technology to instruction, support services, and business operations. 

It serves as a resource to the Chancellor's Staff, reviewing technological initiatives submitted to them for action and providing advice.

It also serves as a resource to the colleges in their strategic planning efforts related to information technology.
