The Financial Aid Council helps maintain the integrity of the district’s financial aid administrative infrastructure and provides a forum and guidance for financial aid directors.

The functional council is authorized by the Vice Presidents and Student Life councils (under sponsorship of the executive vice chancellor of educational affairs).

The council generally meets on the second Friday morning of each month. Meetings rotate among the colleges and other district locations.
