How to Drop Staff Enrichment Classes Using eConnect

This tutorial was created by the District Office of Organizational Development, and demonstrates how to drop staff enrichment classes using eConnect.


Beginning on the Dallas County Community College District home page, select the link for eConnect and click the link.

You are now on the eConnect Main Menu page.

Navigate to the Employee Menu link, and click the link.

You are now on the eConnect Employee Menu page.

Navigate to the link for Drop Staff Enrichment Class, and click the link.

The eConnect Employee Log-in page will appear.

Enter your Windows User Name, which is your single sign-on, in the box provided for your employee i.d.
This is the same user name you use each day to log-in to your workstation.

Then, enter your password in the box provided for your password.  This is the same password you use each day to log-in to your workstation.

Then click submit.

You are now on the Drop Staff Enrichment Classes page.

In order to drop a class, you will need to use your mouse to place a check in the check box to the left of the class you wish to drop.  For the purpose of this tutorial, we will choose to drop Problem Solving and Decision Making online.

After placing a check in the box to the left of the class you are dropping, navigate to the bottom of the page and click submit.

You are now on the Drop Staff Enrichment Classes confirmation page.

On this page, you will see the classes that you chose to drop have been processed.  The words “Dropped from this section” will appear in Red text to the left of the classes you dropped.

If applicable, you will also see a list of classes for which you are currently registered.  This will appear below the section of dropped classes.

We suggest you print this page for your records or save an electronic copy by clicking the “Print Results” link at the bottom of the page.

You may then log-out of eConnect by clicking on the log-out link at the bottom of the page, or return to the Employee menu.
