Shape Tomorrow With Your Gift Today: Consider ‘Planned Giving’

The recent establishment of the DCCCD Retirees Association Scholarship reaffirms our former employees’ continuing commitment to the college district and its students. As a retiree, you have a variety of opportunities to make a difference beside cash donations to our scholarship funds. Have you considered planned giving?

Planned giving is a great way for you to leave a lasting legacy for generations to follow. The DCCCD Foundation provides the options below to give you the leverage to touch many lives in the long haul. You also have the opportunity to endow a student scholarship or make a bequest in memory of a loved one.

Here are ways you can give:

  • Will bequests
  • Charitable remainder trusts
  • Securities
  • Donation of retirement plan benefits
  • Life insurance gifts
  • Donation of personal property

For more information about these planned giving options or other ways to give, please contact the DCCCD Foundation at 214-860-2053 or visit the Foundation Web site and select “Ways to Give.”
