All Full-time employees are required to complete or provide the following documentation (unless otherwise noted):

DCCCD Application
Official transcripts (required for ADM and faculty may be required for Professional Support Staff)
W-4
I-9 with required back up documents
Direct Deposit Information
Emergency Contact Information
ERS benefits sign-up packet
Must present original Social Security Card
HB6 required for Faculty and Adjunct faculty
