Stephanie Wells earned her associate and bachelor’s degrees in radiological sciences from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, graduating in 1996. As a student, she was named Most Outstanding Student Technologist.

For eight years, she worked as lead technologist and mammographer at Medical Center-McKinney, where she was also a clinical instructor. Prior to that, she worked at DFW Medical Center-Grand Prairie as a staff technologist and clinical instructor. 

Ms. Wells is a member of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT), the Association of Collegiate Educators in Radiologic Technology (ACERT), the Texas Society of Radiologic Technologists (TRRT) and the North Texas Radiologic Technologists Society (NTRTS).
