About This Program
How To Get Started

To get started in the Management program, complete the admissions process at the Dallas County Community College of your choice. When you meet with an academic advisor, discuss your interest in the Management program. He or she will help you determine which courses you should take.

Most Management courses do not have prerequisites for admitted students, but a few do. Please visit the links below for our Management degree and certificates, and click on individual course descriptions to see prerequisites for those courses.

Tuition

Dallas County residents pay $123 per three-hour class — that’s $41 per credit hour, or less than $500 for a full semester load of 12 credit hours. Compare that to what you’d pay elsewhere! See DCCCD tuition rates for tuition according to your place of residency.

Faculty Profiles

The Management program's full-time faculty members not only have advanced degrees in management; they also have real-world experience in management positions. This allows the faculty to relate to the challenges you face at work.

Our professors work closely with each student. They will help you apply new management techniques to your job and map career-enhancement strategies. See profiles of our faculty
