Charles Fernandez was an adjunct faculty member at Mountain View College from 1980 to May 2002. In September 2002 he joined the full-time faculty. Prior to joining the full-time faculty, Charles was a senior executive with the regional office of the U.S. General Services Administration and retired after 38 years of service. Charles was responsible for labor relations, employee relations, employment and staffing, pay administration, position management, training and employee development, and for providing counsel and advice to senior managers and employees. Charles was also responsible for the agency’s race initiative for a workforce of approximately 14,000 employees throughout the United States. Charles Fernandez teaches management and supervision courses at Mountain View College.
