Ruben Johnson holds an associate degree in general education from the University of Maryland, a bachelor’s degree in logistics management from Park University in Park, Mo., and a master’s degree in technology management from the University of Phoenix, where he is also pursing a doctoral degree in management of organizational leadership. He has 25 years of experience in logistics and management, including customer service, supply administration, warehouse management, logistics operations, requisition and procurement, sales as a military recruiter, supply chain management and distribution systems.

Having served as a U.S. Marine for 20 years specializing in logistics, supplies and recruiting, he has also worked as a warehouse manager for a local chemical manufacturing company and area manager of a Wal-Mart distribution center. Certifications include Department of Transportation hazardous materials certifications for air, ocean and ground; Incident Investigation; Inventories Management and Cycle Counting; Microsoft Access; Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response Standard (HAZWOPER) and Internal Audits. He is a member of the National Association of Purchasing Management and Association of Operations Management in the Dallas area.
