- The Hospitality Educators Association of Texas (HEAT), the organization connecting hospitality education with industry, includes the disciplines of culinary arts, hospitality, hotel and restaurant management and tourism and travel. HEAT provides affiliates with networking opportunities and conferences for professional development.
