Come Taste What We’re Cooking: Thursday Luncheons Open to Public

scallops and portobello mushroom

Every Thursday afternoon of the Fall and Spring semesters, students of the Food and Hospitality Institute prepare a complete four-course meal for the public to prove their skills, applying their classroom-based knowledge to a real-world audience.

Reservations are required, and seats are in high demand! Tickets go on sale at 9 a.m. Fridays for the following week.

These four-course meals are served in the Dining Room, C-100. The cost is only $12 (as of Fall 2007), and credit cards are accepted.

Please come for your luncheon seating between 11:30 a.m. and noon. Check out the weekly menu.

Call for reservations at 214-860-2048, and bon appetit!
