Bakery/Pastry Chef Faculty
Lynn Mattie serves as bakery/pastry chef of the Food and Hospitality Institute. She attended El Centro’s Food and Hospitality Institute and received her bachelor’s degree from New York University. She has been a chef at Dessert Dreams in Irving and was the owner of Blue Moon Bakery in Elgin, Texas.
